Text Information:

This Genevan tune (created for Psalm 118 but also used for Psalm 98 in the 1562 edition of the Genevan Psalter) has worked successfully with several English texts. Here it sets a 20th-century paraphrase of Psalm 98 that owes much of its effectiveness to the author’s skill with multisyllabic words.
