Feature request: authority identifier length increase

I would welcome having the authority identifier length increased to something more than 40 characters, specifically for text and tune identifiers. I'm sure there are some compelling reasons to keep it at 40, but since I don't know those reasons I would like to propose to have the max extended to 60 or even 80 characters. Many texts I enter either have first lines longer than 40 characters, or requires some disambiguation that would tend to push 40 characters. (My semantic mind would prefer a disambiguation such as part of second line, or composer's name, etc., rather than some '-1' numeric suffix.)
