Hymn without tune: text info should span page

Description

On a Hymn page for a hymnText without a tune, the hymn info should span the page. Similarly for a page for a tune without a text. For example, see http://www.hymnary.org/hymn/NTSONG/465

I think I have this done, but I can't find any hymns that have a tune but no text....
