Description

Clicking the 'incipit' radio button in the search/browse widget should bring up an incipit browse page, with 1 through 7 as links across the top, and all incipits starting with 1 shown initially.

This is done and very much like the other browse modes, only one level deep. Should more depth be added?

Well, there were 600+ tunes with incipit starting with 1, so I think we will need an additional level of selection.

Incipit browsing is now two levels deep, and there is capability to add more levels and/or easily add levels for browsing other things besides incipit. The formatting could maybe use a little work? Right now, it is a little difficult to tell exactly where one is in the browsing.
