Description

Hynmnal names such as Presbyterian Hymnal on pages such as http://www.hymnary.org/?category=all&qu=wondrous+love&hymnal=all
should be linked to the hymnal's home page where possible.

The hymnal's home page should have a link to the store page if that hymnal is offered.

Both of these things are now done. I manually added all the currently available hymnals to the code so it will have to be updated if more become available.

I'm now using a db_query to check the hymnals available, so no updating needed.
