Description

Auto-complete should only offer IDs of authorized names, e.g. when entering an authorityID for a person.

What constitutes an "authorized name"? If it is a person who is used as an authority for someone else, then in the default state (each person's authority is himself), the result will always be empty.

An authorized name is one in which the personID matches the authorityID.
