On a page such as http://www.hymnary.org/hymn/SH/8, there is both a hymnal theme image and a page image, and the two images don't look very good together. Also, in the new theme there will be a standard image indicating that this is a page of a hymnal.

We should omit the hymnal image on hymn pages. We can leave the hymn page image for now -- if we decide we dont' like it in the new theme, we can eliminate the image links in the database.
