Is there a step-by-step process we should follow in editing hymnals? I am interested in Tina's mentioning that once we accomplish certain tasks, we can check them off a list in some way. Otherwise, I can see myself getting confused about what I've done and what I haven't to a particular hymnal. Peter

That's a good question. I think Tina recommends doing hymns completely, all at once, for that very reason.

However, there are a couple of editing levels available for editors on a hymnal page. If you edit the hymnal there are options to set the "Completion status" and "proofing status".

I think we may want to adjust those status possibilities a bit -- have fewer options, perhaps -- but maybe those options will help you.
