Please answer, or direct me to the answer, for what to do with the following:
Hymn Titles that end with a period.
Hymn Titles in double-quotes.
"Words by" in front of author's name.
"Music by" in front of composer's name.
Person Names preceded by Rev., Mrs., etc.
The "Amen" at the end of a hymn, sometimes followed by a period.
Tonight I had one occasion where the drop-down list of Name Authorities wasn't wide enough to distinguish which one to choose. I simply left it as the default "LastName_Initials". Is there any way to widen it or see beyond the borders?
How to find the filename of the image of the cover of the hymnal.
Do we standardize by always using "Refrain"?
Change "Refrain" to "Chorus" when "Chorus" appears in page image?
Are we to label a repeated part of a hymn as a "Refrain" even though it is not specifically identified as a "Refrain" or "Chorus"?
How about the partial or whole refrains at the end of the verses below the music?
What should be done with the college degrees after the name?
Not formatting, but thought it would be easier to add to the already long list of questions.
What should be done with page images of advertisements? even if for other hymnals? related subject(s)? done by the same author?
