E. Toral Seat was pastor of the Seventh-day Adventist church in Norco, California in the mid-1960's. He led Saturday afternoon programs for elementary-school age children which were heavy on singing. Elder Seat usually did the piano accompaniment and was well-loved by the children as well as the larger congregation.
