Turnbull, Cora Rudy. (Dayton, Ohio, 1879--1928). Member of a devoted C&MA family. Appointed youth evangelist under the Alliance, 1909, and later served as superintendent of women and instructor at Nyack Missionary Training Institute for 13 years. Married Walter M. Turnbull. A volume of poems was published after her death. Assisted in compiling Alliance collection Songs of Grace. Elton M. Roth set to music four of her poems for this book:

1. A Bit of Heaven
2. Behold He Comes
3. The Eternal King
4. Wonderful Love of Jesus
