Cantad alegres al Señor

Representative Text

1 Cantad alegres al Señor,
mortales todos por doquier;
servidle siempre con fervor,
obedecedle con placer.

2 Con gratitud canción alzad
al Hacedor que el ser nos dio;
al Dios excelso venerad,
que como padre nos amó.

3 Su pueblo somos: salvará
a sus ovejas el Pastor;
ninguna de ellas dejará,
Él las ampara con su amor.

4 De su promesa el alto don
nos dio, y fiel sabrá cumplir;
eternas sus bondades son
y su verdad no tiene fin.
