Moore, Francis John. (Derby, England, August 27, 1885--August 17, 1968, Cincinnati, Ohio). Anglican. Durham, B.A., 1910; Trinity College, Toronto, B.D>, 1926; General Theological Seminary, S.T.D., 1956. He came to Canada in 1912 joining the staff of St. James' Cathedral, Toronto. Serves as a chaplain with the Canadian Army, 1915-1919, and directed the University of Toronto's Student Christian Association 1926-1931. Married Dora Mavor in 1923. In 1931 he moved to Cincinnati, Ohio, but his wife stayed in Toronto, where she had in 1930 set up a school for actors.
