Representative Text

1 He careth for thee, whosoever thou art,
Ne’er think that thou canst in His love have no part;
He loved thee while yet lost in sin thou didst roam,
And sent His own Son to lead thee to His home.

Refrain:
He careth for thee, surely careth for thee,
In mercy He careth for thee.

2 He watches o’er thee every day, every hour,
No danger can harm if thou trust in His power;
The voice of thy cry His compassion will wake,
The soul He has saved He will never forsake. [Refrain]

3 Then cast upon Him all thy burden and care;
Oh, why wilt thou still such a weary load bear?
Believe in His love, look to Him for His aid,
And sing, I will trust and will not be afraid. [Refrain]
