1 Jesus, gentle Savior,
Loving children small,
In Thy tender mercy
Hear us when we call.

2 We would be, dear Savior,
More like Thee each day;
Keep our feet from straying,
Lead us in Thy way.

3 May we be to others
Gentle, true and kind,
Helping other children
Our dear Lord to find.

4 In whate’er we’re doing
May we be like Thee;
