Representative Text

1 My fears arise, and clouds obscure the way;
With tearful eyes and aching heart I pray:

"Lord, I believe; help Thou my unbelief."

2 By sin oppressed, to Thy dear cross I flee;
I smite my breast; be merciful to me;
Let me not grieve; Thou canst dispel my grief;
"Lord, I believe; help Thou my unbelief."
