O gariad! O gariad Anfeidrol ei faint

Representative Text

1 O gariad! O gariad! Anfeidrol ei faint,
Fod llwch mor annheilwng yn cael y fath fraint;
Cael heddwch cydwybod, a’i chlirio trwy’r gwaed,
A chorff farwolaeth, sef llygredd, dan draed.

2 Nis gallai holl ddyf roedd y moroedd i gyd
Byth olchi anwiredd fy nghalon mewn pryd;
Ond ffynnon Calfaria a’i purra’n ddiboen;
Rhyfeddol yw rhinwedd marwolaeth yr Oen.

3 Mae’r Jiwbil dragwyddol yn awr wrth y drws,
Fe gododd yr heulwen, ni gawson y tlws;
Daw gogledd a dwyrain, gorllewin a de,
Yn lluoedd i foli tywsog y ne’!
