Tocad trompeta ya

Representative Text

1 Tocad trompeta ya,
Alegremente en Sion;
Al mundo publicad
La eterna redención.
Éste es el tiempo de bondad;
Gozad de vuestra libertad.

2 Llamadle con amor,
Decidle que en verdad
En Cristo el Salvador
Hay plena libertad.
Éste es el tiempo de bondad;
Gozad de vuestra libertad.

3 A Cristo proclamad,
Decid que ya murió,
Y con su potestad
La muerte destruyó.
Éste es el tiempo de bondad;
Gozad de vuestra libertad.

4 Vosotros que el favor
Del cielo despreciáis,
Ved que por el amor
De Cristo lo alcanzáis.
Éste es el tiempo de bondad;
Gozad de vuestra libertad.
