1. Ĉe l' Kristofesto ĝojas ni pri Kristo, infaneto.
En Betlehem' naskiĝis li, kaj kuŝis en trogeto.
Ŝafistoj apud Betlehem' anĝelajn voĉojn aŭdis;
Do ili venis vidi lin, kaj ĝoje Dion laŭdis.

2. Al Betlehem', serĉante lin, la Saĝaj Viroj iris;
Ĉar bela brila stelo pri Jesuo antaŭdiris.
En domo ili trovis lin, kaj tie, adorante,
Sin klinis teren antaŭ li, donacojn prezentante.

3. Al Dio laŭdu ankaŭ ni, ĉar Jesu-Kristo venis;
Fariĝis viro sur la ter', kaj al la homoj benis.
Ĉiela Reĝo estas li, do venu, adorante!
Kun amo ni servadu lin fidele kaj konstante.
