A festive hymn setting of the tune Lauda anima suitable for celebratory occasions. A brief introduction for brass and organ leads into stanza 1 for unison voices. Stanza 2 begins with unison women, then unison men, and finally all voices in unison. Stanza 3 is a four-part choir setting, and stanza 4 concludes with a soprano/tenor descant over unison voices singing the melody. Congregation sings from hymnal.
