Every morning ... new Phillimore vs. Bonar

"Every morning mercies new" says it is by Greville Phillimore, but the instance I have before me says it's by Horatius Bonar, as apparently do seven other instances (vs. 125 for Phillimore). But when I look at Julian, he says the Phillimore title is "Every morning they are new", which maketh me to wonder whether perhaps there are two different hymns with very similar first lines here, and Phillimore is perhaps being credited with a bunch of instances that rightfully belong to Bonar. Anybody know for sure?
