VRUCHTEN > VRUECHTEN

I changed the tune name VRUCHTEN to VRUECHTEN on the grounds that the latter outnumbers the former about 14 instances to 4. I think this is a point on which official Dutch orthography may not have been static over the years, but I'm not sure. In any event, the form with the UE definitely outnumbers the form with plain U. (And I assume the VRUECTEN in the Episcopal hymnal is a typo; will check and correct it if I'm right.)
