The search function seems to me to have taken a dive recently. I'm not getting very good results when searching for, well, anything. An example would be when I go to search and check the "My Hymnals" box. I get maybe one result. But, if I search the same but do not check the "My Hymnals" box, then I get lots and lots of results many of which have the icon listed that indicates they are intact in my hymnal.

This happens when I search by a keyword or words and when I do scripture searches.

I have to say that for the most part, this is an excellent resource. It is only that this functionality seems to not work correctly.

For a point of reference, I am running on Safari (MacBook) with the updated Java build.

When you search with "My Hymnals" checked, the system only searches those selected hymnals instead of the whole database. So it may be that one or more of your hymnals does not have scripture passages, topics or full texts entered, or it may be that the scripture passage you are searching is indexed in another hymnal for the same hymn that is in your hymnal. In many cases hymnals are added or edited by volunteers and they are unfortunately not always complete. Usually full texts are not entered, because this is a time consuming task. We recently (within the last couple weeks) entered the scripture passages from "The Faith We Sing" since the volunteer who added the hymnal left them out. This hymnal is also missing the topic headings and the full texts.
