Two tunes/Two texts

In editing the NBH1903 there are several instances where there are two separate tunes and two separate texts with two separate numbers but they are interchangeable. Should I do the 174a/174b 175a/175b format so that all combinations are searchable?

Yes, where there are two tunes for one text, number them 174a/174b, 175a/175b as you have done.
