I just purchased 2 new flexscores a couple hours ago and the purchase is showing up as "Pending" in my order history, and the flexscores are not in my list of purchased scores. Why?
The order got hung up in our system. Sometimes this happens. It works best to email us using a "Contact Us" link found at the bottom of every page. Forums are checked once a day (unless the checker is on vacation) and are not considered urgent.
