How to search the blog?

This seems like a dumb question, but …

How can I search the Hymnary.org blog?

The only search box I saw on the main blog page is for searching the Hymnary's database, and I couldn't find anything in Advanced Search.

We don't have search functionality on our blog. You can try a search like "site:hymnary.org/node ….. to find blog posts, but it will also find other content.
