Esther tune in xml format

For a project, The Esther Cantata (that's right, Esther, not Easter), I need the score to the tune Esther (O am dreiddio i'r adnabyddiaeth (O to fathom this great knowledge)  in the xml format.  I can get it as a .PDF.  If you can provide the other, or help me learn how to convert .PDF to .xml, I will be long-term grateful.
