Hello all i have some questions regarding additions to the hymnary.
1 Am i allowed to add a hymn that i have created myself?
2 Does the hymn need to be published to the public domain first, if so then how would i do that?
3 Does the hymn need to be a certain level of quality?
if you want to help in the editorial process you can contact me at: jordan.cossington@icloud.com or jordanjcossington@gmail.com
God Bless!

Adding Self Made Hymns
Hymnary indexes hymnals. But, our sister website My.Hymnary.org accepts individual submissions of self made hymns. There is the opportunity to license them with a My.Hymnary license, or you can indicate that the hymn is licensed by CCLI or OneLicense. We prefer that hymns are in musicxml format (made to our specifications) to maximize the full features of My.Hymnary (able to be transposed and used in presentations) but we accept others.

Hello, i hope you are having a blessed day! The sister website my.hymnary.org, seems to be just for scores; i should have mentioned that my hymn is just a text. Do you know any other places i could submit my hymn? Thanks.
