Almost a triplicate, plus another duplicate

When I search for “Angels from the realms of glory” in a general way, the (text) results it comes up with include THREE “Angels from the realms of glory”'s right at the outset. Each of them claims to have 793 instances!! Two of them really are “Angels from the realms of glory”, but one of them has a capital A in its URL. The other one, which is sandwiched between those two, is at least on the surface “O come, all ye faithful”! Did somebody upload the o_come_all_ye_faithful spreadsheet but change the text authority to that of “Angels from the realms of glory”, or what?? It's Advent, so it definitely needs an immediate surgical operation. 

Also, I just noticed that pages 244 and 245 of <a href="https://hymnary.org/page/fetch/THEH/245">THEH</a> are duplicates of each other. Don't have time to investigate and make necessary corrections right now (and fixing page scan problems is not something I have any experience in).
