I'm pretty sure the sweetness ones should be a separate text authority, even if both are by, or largely by, Neale.

Nope. They are largely the same. Most hymnals have “sweetness.” There is a copyrighted version by Neale and the editors of Hymns Ancient and Modern, but it does not warrant a separate authority.
