Chcesz, abyśmy wszyscy siebie
jako bracia miłowali
i jak dziatki Cię wzywali.
Niechaj serc i ust wołanie
znajdzie Twe upodobanie.
2 święć się imię Twoje zawdy!
Słowo nam zachowaj prawdy,
które by nas poświęcało,
do Twej chwały pobudzało.
Strzeż od nauk nas fałszywych,
nawróć błędnych, nieszczęśliwych!
3 Przyjdź Królestwo Twoje, Boże!
Niech nas łaska Twa wspomoże,
w każdy czas przez Ducha swego
broń Kościoła chrześcijańskiego,
gniew zaś i szatańskie złości
oddal od nas w swej litości!
4 Bądź Twa wola tak na ziemi,
jak i między zbawionymi,
co Cię w niebie czczą w radości;
użycz w krzyżu cierpliwości
i złam opór krwi i ciała,
by się wola Twoja działa.
5 Daj nam chleba powszedniego
na dzień każdy potrzebnego;
broń od wojny i niezgody,
od pożaru, moru szkody,
daj spokojnie i bez troski
żyć nam w Twojej pieczy Boskiej.
6 Odpuść nam też winy nasze
i przebaczaj dziś i zawsze,
jak i my też odpuszczamy
winowajcom, których mamy;
pomóż służyć im w miłości,
w szczerej z nimi żyć jedności.
7 Nie wódź nas na pokuszenie,
zgładź szatańskie usidlenie,
pomóżże nam z każdej strony,
udziel mocy i obrony,
daj nam stałość, w boju męstwo
i nad wszystkim złym zwycięstwo.
8 Zbaw nas od wszystkiego złego,
duszy, ciału szkodliwego;
ustrzeż nas od potępienia,
w śmierci ulżyj nam cierpienia,
skróć ostatnie ciężkie znoje,
duszę przyjmij w ręce swoje.
9 Amen, niechże się tak stanie!
Wzmocnić nasze racz ufanie,
byśmy zgoła nie wątpili,
że to, o cośmy prosili
nam z ojcowskiej dasz litości.
