123. Go and Tell Jesus

1 Little doubts and fears perplex us,
On life’s road from day to day,
But if we will go to Jesus,
He will clear the clouds away.

Refrain:
Go and tell Jesus, tell Jesus all about it,
Show Him the thorns, the thorns in your heart,
He is your friend, He is your friend and brother,
Making all doubtings, all doubtings depart.

2 Sometimes hearts are sad and heavy,
And the tears unbidden flow,
But if we will go to Jesus,
He will heal the bitt’rest woe. [Refrain]

3 Loved ones often die and leave us,
In this dark, cold world alone,
But if we will go to Jesus,
He will love us as His own. [Refrain]

4 We should learn the lesson early,
Taught us in the Bible blest,
That if we will go to Jesus,
He will always give us rest. [Refrain]
