Bill, "William" Dillon was a Bible teacher, and wrote a number of Bible doctrine study books. He was a graduate of Wheaton Bible College.He and his wife wrote quite a number of songs, of which one of my favorites is "The Babe in the Manger.Bill helped get New Tribes Mission started, now called Ethnos360 Mission.
