Representative Text

1 Blessed Jesus, how I love Thee!
All my heart to Thee I give;
In my life there’s none above Thee,
Day by day for Thee I live.

Refrain:
Keep, O keep me Thine forever,
Hold me in Thine arms of love;
Naught my heart and Thine shall sever,
O Thou blessèd Friend above.

2 Of Thy grace my soul is singing,
Thou art all in all to me;
To Thy promise I am clinging,
Sure that I Thy face shall see. [Refrain]

3 Keep me faithful, Friend eternal,
Let Thy glory be my pride,
Till in yonder world supernal,
In Thy glory I abide. [Refrain]

4 Soon will end all sin, all scorning,
Soon my soul will find her own,
In that land of endless morning,
When I see Thee on Thy throne. [Refrain]
