A Cantata for Christmas

Proclamations about the Messiah's coming nearly always included two messages: comfort and joy. "Be not afraid...I bring you good news of great joy!" Combining familiar carols with new texts and tunes, Lloyd Larsen and Pamela Martin have blended their talents to create a fresh interpretation to the timeless Christmas story. In addition to being presented as a large single work, any of the numbers may be used individually during the seasons of Advent, Christmas or Epiphany, making this a truly versatile choral resource.
