Calling Us Deeper

Representative Text

1 Calling us deeper still into His perfect will,
Calling us on in grace into the secret place,
Into the deepest death, where with our ev'ry breath
We will give glory unto God.

2 Calling us deeper still into His perfect will,
Calling us ev'ry hour deeper in love and pow'r,
Deeper in holiness, trusting His righteousness,
Let us respond at once and go.

3 Calling us deeper still into His perfect will,
List to the voice of Him who doth our lives redeem;
Listen, and deeper go, hiding from shame and woe,
Deeper in love and grace we'll go.

4 Calling us deeper still into His holy will,
Calling each child of grace, calling to perfect peace;
Will you not heed His call now and surrender all?
You can be saved no other way.

Refrain:
Calling us still, calling us still,
Into the will of God, calling us deeper still;
Calling us deeper still into His perfect will,
Jesus is calling still, calling us still.
