Vinde a Mim!

Representative Text

1. Por que viver tão longe
Dos braços de Jesus?
Por que vagar nas trevas,
Podendo andar na luz?
Da vida sem proveito,
Do mal e da aflição,
Corramos para a senda
Da eterna salvação.

Estribilho:
Vinde, vinde a Mim!
Vinde, vinde a Mim!
Tristes, carregados,
Vinde, vinde a Mim!
Vinde, vinde a Mim!
Vinde, vinde a Mim!
Fracos e cansados,
Vinde, vinde a Mim!

2. Em tempos de amargura,
Tristezas e temor,
Ou quando nos persegue o
Doloso tentador,
Jesus, com voz suave,
Abrigo traz, enfim.
E, dissipando o medo,
Nos diz: “Ó, vinde a Mim.” [Estribilho]

3. Em tudo e para sempre
Ouçamos o Senhor,
Achando doce alívio
No Seu profundo amor.
Assim conheceremos
A paz que produz,
No coração submisso,
O “vinde” de Jesus. [Estribilho]
