Person Name: Unknown Author of "He's the One I Love" in Singing Joy In some hymnals, the editors noted that a hymn's author is unknown to them, and so this artificial "person" entry is used to reflect that fact. Obviously, the hymns attributed to "Author Unknown" "Unknown" or "Anonymous" could have been written by many people over a span of many centuries.

1905 - 2002 Arranger of "[He's the one I love in the morning]" in Youth Sings Merrill Everett Dunlop Born: May 9, 1905, Chi­ca­go, Il­li­nois. Died: June 15, 2002. Dunlop was ed­u­cat­ed at Cen­tral YMCA Coll­ege, Chi­ca­go (BA) and the Moo­dy Bi­ble In­sti­tute (grad­u­at­ed 1926). He played the pi­a­no and or­gan at Moo­dy Church (1921-24), and served as di­rect­or of mu­sic at the Chi­ca­go Gos­pel Ta­ber­na­cle (1926-53). Bur­ton Bos­worth was his fa­ther-in-law.
