My mother passed away last week and she loved the song "Other". I am looking for the score to the hymn "Others", but am unable to find it in the hymnals at our church. This is an old hymn and is not written by Israel Houghton, who song titled "Others" is not the same words. The Author is unknown. Here are the lyrics if anyone can help;

Lord, help me live from day to day
In such a self-forgetful way
That even when I kneel to pray
My prayer shall be for—Others.

Others, Lord, yes others,
Let this my motto be,
Help me to live for others,
That I may live like Thee.

Help me in all the work I do
To ever be sincere and true

We have a list of hymnals that carry this hymn. If you click on the "Texts" tab you can search by the first line, clicking on the resulting first line will bring you to a list of hymnals that have this hymn; click on the hymnal link, then on the hymnal name in the upper left hand corner, and then you should see a link to "Find this hymnal" where you can find libraries that have the hymnal.
