Why no avatar/logo piccie I can FB with?

You are here

When one posts a link on Facebook, one is generally given the option of illustrating the post with a snippet of the content and a choice of the pictures used on that page (or an avatar/logo/whatever thumbnail preselected by the page owner). But when I post a link to a page on Hymnary.org, I am given four choices, none of which mentions Hymnary.org. They are...

A Calvin Institute of Christian Worship logo
A Hymn Society logo
An NEH seal of approval (called "safe" for reasons unknown)
and a star that, if it were green instead of yellow, could be the Kristnaska Stelo

Why no option to advertise Hymnary.org itself by this route?

No matter which I save to my disk, it saves as "safe_image.php.png". At first I thought (since the NEH logo was too small to read and it was the first one I saved) that it was some sort of logo assuring visiting parents and teachers that this was a safe site for their kids to visit... Now I have no clue, though obviously it's something related to 'Net Security....

...the four options are all among five that are at the bottom of most if not all Hymnary.org pages (scroll down, they're there!). So another question is, why isn't Calvin College available for free FB advertising?

Most pages that people link to (e.g. texts, tunes, etc) should have the Hymnary "H" logo. Other pages previously did not specify an image, but I just changed that. However, due to caching, it may take some time before new links display the correct image.

But I'm used to it. ;-) The page that brought this to my attention was the Person Page on Gregory the Great. I was citing Julian as given there.
