Page Scan in TOC not linked & blank page scan

I am pretty sure the page scan of the Huron Carol from Worship and Rejoice isn't really supposed to be a blank page, which is what I see there. Can the proper scan be placed there instead?

Also, in investigating this one, I discovered that in the Table Of Contents box in the left column, the Page Scan link "http://www.hymnary.org/text/twas_in_the_moon_of_wintertime#pagescans" does not take the clicker to the Page Scans. All the other links in the TOC take the user to the appropriate part of the page, but the Page Scan link does nothing. This is not limited to the case of the Huron Carol, but appears to be systemic.
