Upload Hymnal Page Images Question

You are here

On the Upload Hymnal Page Images screen: could someone explain how to do what this note says:

"Note that the maximum file size per upload is 1999 MB. To get around this limit, upload a zip file manually to files/temp/hymnal_upload.zip, then reload this form."

Thanks.

Comments

I am not sure what the note means. I have never needed to uploaded a file to "files/temp/hymnal_upload.zip." The images should be pngs, jpegs, or jp2s, and they do need to be in a zip file. They usually upload without a problem; but if there is a problem, let us know, and we will try to troubleshoot.

I will do that if I encounter a problem. Thanks.

So I can select multiple files to upload together? Is there a size limit?

You cannot upload multiple zip files at the same time. It may work to upload a second part after a first part, but I am not sure. I think there is a size limit but it has not been a problem for a very long time.

OK. Thank you.
