More deviant lectioneering

The NPM tags in Epiphany 4 are, again, often unrelated to the RCL. 

This one is the extreme case:

Praise the One Who Breaks the Darkness
Verse 2, Related to 1 Samuel 16, Zephaniah 3 John 9 (NPM)
 

But there are a number of others tagged for Zephaniah 3, and others for John 9. I don't know if the NPM is using a different lectionary, or if they're putting things under the wrong weeks.
