Wilberforce Hymnal: Sacred Songs No. 2 #1 (1899) First Line: Lord, for tomorrow and its needs Refrain First Line: Just for today Lyrics: 1 Lord, for tomorrow and its needs I do not pray; Keep me from stain of sin and wrong Just for today. Just for today, Just for today, Keep me from stain of sin and wrong Just for today. 2 Let me both diligently work And duly pray; Let me be kind in word and deed, Just for today. Just for today, Just for today, Let me be kind in word and deed, Just for today. 3 Let me be swift to do Thy will, Prompt to obey; Help me to sacrifice myself, Just for today. Just for today, Just for today, Help me to sacrifice myself, Just for today. 4 Let me no wrong or idle word Unthinking say; Set thou a seal upon my lips, Just for today. Just for today, Just for today, Set thou a seal upon my lips, Just for today. 5 So, for tomorrow and its needs I do not pray; But keep me, guide me, hold me, Lord, Just for today.
